International Sign Language Day takes place this year on Saturday, September 23rd. As this is a Saturday, the girls in Scoil Bhríde Cailíní have been learning all about Lámh, the Irish Sign Language. It has been wonderful to see girls around the school saying ‘hello’ and ‘goodbye’ using Lámh signs. Here you can see the girls in 5th Class learning the days of the week in Lámh.
