Santa Dash
On Friday the 15th of December, the whole school took part in our annual Santa Dash. It is a key part of our Active Advent and helps to encourage physical activity in a fun way. Everyone dressed up in their Christmas jumpers and did some laps of the yard. We were also treated to an excellent Active Advent song from Ms. Gilroy’s 4th class which got us all moving. There was a great buzz and a real sense of Christmas spirt in the air. Well done to Ms. O’Shaughnessy and the student council, who did a fundraiser on the same day for the charity UNICEF. They raised a lot of money and reminded us all of the true spirit of Christmas.
