Teddy Bear Hospital

Junior Infants enjoyed a visit from the Teddy Bear Hospital. The student doctors from RCSI Paediatric Society taught us about healthcare and the role of healthcare professionals. We used a stethoscope to listen to our heart beat, we learned how to feel our pulse and we looked at lots of other instruments that doctors use to help people and make them feel better. We also got to look at some lovely books about hospitals and being a doctor. Some of the Junior Infants are even thinking about becoming doctors after the visit.
